Magic Pencils. (2272 x 1704)

How can you make pencil points look a bit more interesting? Here is one idea for you. I took a shot of these pencils all bunched together and edited them for effect.

Lit (2560 x 1600)

"♪♫♫♪♫♫ You.. light up my life... ♪♫♫♪♫♫ ..." Sorry about that... just couldn't resist. Light bulbs are very versatile subjects to photograph. One could do some very imaginative imagery with them. I do have some really cool "bulb" shots on hand. When time permits, I'll convert them into wallpaper format and post them.

White Fire (2560 x 1600)

This is one of my personal favorites. The diameter of these flowers are about the same as that of a dime. The shot was taken "Bokeh" style. That is, I intentionally made the background blurry for effect. Of course, the image was heavily edited to give it this great effect.

Chromatic Dragonflys (2560 x 1600)

This started out as a photo of a dragonfly. It was kind enough to land on the ground right in front of me, in an area that usually doesn't get visited by these critters very often. Considering all of this, it occurred to me that this little bug stopped by to have its picture taken, so I obliged. I was really happy with how the finish gives a cool 3D effect. The dragonfly was also very pleased.

Big Buzzer (1600 x 1200)

This was one HUGE bee. It didn't seem to mind me getting up close and personal with my camera. Again, the shot was taken "Bokeh" style.

Chromatic Swirl (2272 x 1704)

No real photo work here, but there was plenty of Photoshop work. This is really loud and wild. This picture would make a very unique background, especially if you know how to apply it as a semi-transparent image.

Mmmmm Orange. (3888 x 2592)

Orange you happy I took this shot? A classic bright on black image always works very nicely.

Bunny (vivid) (1280x800)

This was a very nervous little critter. I could tell because hr was just so jumpy....... Anyway, a telescopic lens helped keep me at a comfortable enough distance to snap this shot. The photo was processed to yield an artistic look.

Solo (Right) (2200 x 1404)

It is true... Simplicity is always a winning strategy, in photography and in life.

Vibrant Brick Wallpaper (2200 x 1402)

Here is another example of the magic of duplication. This started as a photo of a few bricks lined up in a row. With a photo editor, the bricks were duplicated and assembled into a wall. Well, it was a bit more complicated than that, but it does give you an idea of how it was done. This makes a great background or wallpaper.. Get it? WALLpaper...? Hey, it's late and I'm tired. Give me a break... ;)

Fun With Pewter (Dragon Bones) (2272 x 1704)

Here is another member of my happy pewter collection. The coloration you see here was achieved with a photo editor. When I get around to photographing my entire collection, I'll have a tremendous amount of uploading to do.

Citrus Shock lime 1280 x 800

This is the same image as Citrus Shock lemon. The difference is that it was given a green color.
